Refund Policy for Events

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the event date.
  • Partial refunds (e.g., 50%) may be issued for cancellations made between 20–25 days before the event.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@transformediaglobal.com.
  • Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Processing fees, third-party ticketing platform charges, or any additional administrative fees are non-refundable.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.
  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If attendees are unable to attend, a full refund will be provided upon request.
